Rogue Nebula is in closed beta. The game, servers and website are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Features may change, servers may reset, and progress, items or entire game worlds may be wiped at any time during the beta.
Beta access is granted at our discretion, in waves, and may be revoked at any time. You may not sell, transfer or share beta access. You must be at least 13 years old to participate.
Feedback you send us about the beta may be used to improve the game without obligation or compensation. In-game names and chat you write may be visible to other players.
Rogue Nebula, its artwork, lore, code and characters are the property of the Rogue Nebula team. Beta access does not grant you any license to them beyond playing the game.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the beta or this website.
